Since its introduction in February 2022, the Upgrade Continues! be a solution for consumers who want to upgrade their HP every year to a newer model.
This program has attracted tremendous interest from consumers because it can help fulfill a lifestyle at an affordable cost.

In the "Upgrade Continue!" program, Erajaya has expanded its reach to various retail networks such as Huawei Experience Store by Erajaya, iBox, Samsung Store by NASA, Urban Republic, Xiaomi Reseller Store and operator outlets managed by Erajaya Group.
Various payment institutions have also participated in this program, such as Indodana and Payku, which recently joined the program, following Home Credit Indonesia and Kredivo, which were previously present.
Erajaya also collaborates with a number of selected bank partners which allows 0% installment programs for up to 12 months for credit card holders and free subscription fees.
In addition to relying on retail networks and financing partners, the " Upgrading !" also works with TecProtec to provide repair services for damaged devices purchased through this program.
The TecProtec Classic 12 program is included in the monthly installments.
This program will ensure the protection of the upgraded smartphone against accidental damage including from liquids.
The aim of the program "Upgrade Continues!" is so that participants can upgrade to a new smartphone in the following year with affordable installments, with no repetition limit every year during the program participation period.
Customers will get a notification in the eleventh month as a reminder of the expiration of the contract.
Furthermore, customers can carry out the upgrade process at one of the Erafone outlets, Huawei Experience Store by Erajaya, Box, Samsung Store by NASA, Urban Republic, Xiaomi Reseller Store and operator outlets managed by Erajaya Group, which are located throughout Indonesia.
Program "Upgrade Terusss!" applies to all smartphone products with a minimum price of Rp3,000,000.
