1. Open the 2022 Non ASN Personnel Data Collection Portal site at https://pendataan-nonasn.bkn.go.id/
2. Make sure that your data has been registered by the respective Agency Admin in the Non ASN data collection application.
3. Create a Non ASN Personnel Data Collection Account by clicking . The 'Step 1: Identity Check' page will appear. This step aims to ensure that your data has been registered by the Agency Admin
4. Non ASN personnel complete the data that must be filled in according to the display on the 'Step 1: Identity Check' page, namely:
- Population Identification Number (NIK) according to KTP
- Family Card Number
- Full name according to ID card
- Place of Birth according to ID card
- Date of Birth according to ID card
- Active mobile number
- Active personal e-mail address
- Captcha that appears on the screen
6. If your data has not been registered in the application, a notification "You have not been registered by the Agency Admin" will appear. Please report to each agency.
7. Non ASN staff continue the process of creating an account by filling in the data according to the fields. Pay attention to the instructions for filling in each column. Passwords, Security Questions, and Security Answers must be remembered and kept confidential by each prospective registrant.
8. After completing the data, upload or upload:
- Color scan file of original KTP/Certificate of Population in jpg/jpeg format with a maximum size of 200 Kb
- Color photo file in jpg/jpeg format with a maximum size of 200 Kb
9. If you have filled all the data and uploaded the file, enter the CAPTCHA code and click "Continue"
10. The third step in creating an account is followed by re-checking the data. Non ASN personnel are required to re-check the data that has been filled in in Steps 1 and 2:
