| Dukung Perekonomian Daerah, Apkasi gelar Apkasi Otonomi Expo 2022 |
The Association of Indonesian District Governments (Apkasi) is ready to carry out the Apkasi Autonomy Expo (AOE) 2022 which will be held on July 20-22, 2022. At least 122 district governments participated in the event.
Apkasi Executive Director Sarman Simanjorang said, AOE 2022 is an event for regions to promote the superior potential of each region. For example, commodities and investment opportunities in each region.
Reflecting on the implementation of the AOE in 2021, Apkasi hopes that the AOE 2022 can print trade transactions and investment commitments. Based on Apkasi's records, trade transactions and investment commitments in the 2021 AOE reached around Rp 11.3 trillion. Even so, Apkasi does not set a target for trade transactions and/or investment commitments in AOE 2022.
"What is clear is that we want the implementation of the Autonomy Expo 2022 to promote and publicize opportunities, whether it be in the fields of investment, tourism, and especially various regional superior products," said Sarman, Tuesday (19/7).
For information, one of the activities in the AOE 2022 is an executive dialogue with the theme Opportunities, Roles and Expectations of Regional Governments for the G20 Summit . Later, regents throughout Indonesia were invited to discuss the role and what district governments would get during the G20 Summit.
Meanwhile, the number of booths that will be exhibited at AOE 2022 is around 245 booths consisting of 122 Regency Governments, 4 Ministries and SOEs, as well as national private companies and MSMEs.
