JCI Soars 1.80% to Level 6,857, This Big Cap Banking Stock Rises the Highest

IHSG Melesat 1,80% ke Level 6.857, Saham Big Cap Perbankan Ini Naik Paling Tinggi

The Composite Stock Price Index ( IHSG ) shot up in trading this afternoon, Wednesday 20/7). Citing data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via RTI Business, the JCI rose 120.9 points or 1.80% to a level of 6,857,031 in the first trading session.

Throughout trading, JCI moved in the green zone with a range of 6,865,590 - 6,778,358.

The total volume of stock trading this afternoon on the IDX reached 13.8 billion with a transaction value of Rp 9.05 trillion. There were 375 stocks that rose, 136 stocks that fell and 161 stocks that were stagnant.

Banking stocks recorded a significant gain. Three big cap banking stocks from the state-owned companies led the gains.

Shares of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk ( BMRI ) rose as high as 6.73% to the level of Rp 7,975 per share. The total trading volume of BMRI's shares this afternoon reached 59.9 million with a transaction value of Rp 468.9 billion. market cap is IDR 369.83 trillion.

Then the shares of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk ( BBNI ) also rose 4.79% to Rp 7,650 per share. The total trading volume of BBNI's shares this afternoon reached 23.8 million with a transaction value of Rp. 181 billion. market cap is Rp. 142.66 trillion.

In third place, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk ( BBRI ) rose 4.14% to Rp 4,280 per share. The total trading volume of BBRI shares reached 143.35 million with a transaction value of Rp 609.05 billion. market cap reached Rp 648.67 billion.

Then followed by PT Bank Danamon Tbk ( BDMN ) rose by Rp 4.07% to Rp 2,560 per share. The total trading volume of BDMN shares is Rp 4.69 million with a transaction value of Rp 11.97 billion. market cap is IDR 25.02 trillion.

Meanwhile, the largest private bank in Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk ( BBCA ) also rose 2.79% to Rp 7,375 per share. The total trading volume of BBCA shares is 49.50 million with a transaction value of Rp. 361.15 billion. BBCA's market cap reached 909.15 trillion.
