WhatsApp continues to help small businesses by improving services in the WahtsApp Business app.

Today, Thursday (2/6), WhatsApp shared a leak of 2 new features that will be coming to WhatsApp Business .

These 2 new features are expected to be able to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to manage their businesses.

1. WhatsApp Business Multi-Device Features

WhatsApp has finally expanded the multi-device feature in the WhatsApp Business app.

This feature allows managers to manage chats on a single account for up to 10 devices.

This means users can run WhatsApp business accounts on 10 different devices at the same time.

WhatsApp revealed that the multi-device feature will be available in both free and paid versions.

For the free version, users can manage business accounts on 4 different devices.

Meanwhile WhatsApp Business Premium accounts can connect accounts on 10 different devices. 

2. Custom Link Features

Just as the name suggests, the Custom Link feature allows users to customize click-to-chat links.

Users can shorten the link or adjust the name of the link as desired.

Later, users must check the custom link first before using it.

This is intended to prevent links from colliding with links created by other users.

Users can change click-to-chat links once every 90 days.

WhatsApp has not provided information regarding the release schedule for the 2 new features of WhatsApp Business .
