How to Pay BPJS Health through the Livin' by Mandiri Application

Here's how to pay BPJS Health via the Livin' by Mandiri application. It's so easy!


The obligation to pay BPJS Health can now be done from home through the Livin' By Mandiri .

BPJS health participants can now make payments more effectively without having to visit the BPJS office. many platforms that can be used to make payments online, one of which is by using the Mandiri m-banking application, namely Livin' by Mandiri.

To note, the process of paying BPJS contributions can be done no later than the 10th of each month. Don't miss it because you can be fined and the consequences of not getting BPJS Health services to the fullest.

Here's how to pay BPJS premiums using the Livin' by Mandiri application.
  1. Go to your Livin by Mandiri m-banking application, if you don't have it you can directly download it on Playstore or Appstore.
  2. Select the "Make Payments" menu on the home page.
  3. Tap the "BPJS" menu. Select the type of “BPJS Family Health”.
  4. Enter the Virtual Account Number.
  5. Select the number of months you want to pay.
  6. Click “Continue”.
Check the total nominal again, if it is appropriate click "Total".
  1. Enter your Livin by Mandiri transaction PIN.
  2. Lastly, don't forget to keep your proof of payment.
Note, the BPJS Health Virtual Account (VA) number in the Mandiri application starts with code 89888 and then followed by the 11 digit BPJS Health card number written on your BPJS card. For example, 898812345678900.

If you have a lot of activities and are worried that you will forget to pay your dues every month, you can activate the “Reminder” feature provided by Livin' by Mandiri.

Here are the steps for activating the Livin' by Mandiri payment reminder feature
  1. Log in to the Livin by Mandiri m-banking application
  2. Click the "Pay" menu
  3. Click “Reminder” located at the top right
  4. Select the type of bill, which in this context is “BPJS Family Health”
  5. Enter BPJS Health VA Number
  6. Click “Continue”
  7. Select Reminder frequency, only “Once” or “Every Month”
  8. Enter Payment Date and select “Additional Reminder”
  9. Provide a name for the reminder; and
  10. Done! You no longer need to worry about being late for BPJS Health payments.
