Maria explained that this can be obtained by consumers when they see that there are flight ticket prices or other vacation services that are cheaper than those offered by tiket.com.
"For example, you rent a hotel on tiket.com for Rp. 1 million, but on other online platforms there are those who sell a similar hotel at a price of Rp. 900 thousand. Later you can directly claim to tiket.com and get a refund 2x the price difference There are 100 thousand rupiah," said Maria.

Then how to claim the Lowest Price Guarantee on tiket.com?
To activate the Lowest Price Guarantee claim, consumers can directly fill out a form that can be taken via the "Order" page on the tiket.com application.
