Synopsis of The Divergent Series: Insurgent begins with Tris running to her house in Amity with her sister Caleb and her boyfriend Four.
In the previous film, Tris and Four joined the Dauntless faction, while Caleb joined the Erudite faction.
After the events of the first Divergent film, they along with Peter and his father Four named Marcus join the Amity faction.
At lunch, Tris talks about wanting to return to Erudite and kill Jeanine. But Caleb didn't agree with the idea.
Amity leader Johanna Reyes called Tris to her office saying that her presence made the community disturbed and not peaceful.
Joanna warns Tris not to let her get revenge on Jeanine.
Then, a team of vans led by Eric and Max came through the gates to hunt Divergents.
Tris, Four and Caleb hide in the office, but Peter chases him away and forces them to flee.
