The Miracle In Cell No. 7 has been shown in cinemas. Directed by Hanung Bramantyo, this film stars Vino G. Bastian, Graciella Abigail, Indro Warkop, Tora Sudiro, Mawar De Jongh, Bryan Domani, Indra Jegel, and Rigen Rakelna.
This film tells about a man who has mental retardation named Dodo Rozaq (Vino G. Bastian). Who only works as a parking attendant trying to pay for his beautiful and smart daughters named little Kartika (Graciella Abigail), and adult Kartika (Mawar De Jongh).
In the trailer for the Indonesian version of the film Miracle In Cell No. 7, which was released from the Falcon YouTube channel. This film is about Dodo Rozak (Vino G. Bastian) who just wants to be a good father to his son, Kartika (Graciella Abigail / Mawar De Jongh). Even though he is just a man who has limitations, acts, and behaves like a child.
In fact, it is Kartika who often takes care of and cares for her father, but both of them live happily. Kartika admits that she is proud, even though her father only sells balloons every day. However, their happiness did not last long.
Because, Dodo Rozak was arrested on charges of raping and killing a little girl named Melati. Dodo was put in prison cell No. 7 which is inhabited by other violent convicts (Indro Warkop, Tora Sudiro, Bryan Domani, Indra Jegel, and Rigen Rakelna).
After going through various events experienced by Dodo Rozak in prison. He manages to get help to smuggle Kartika into his cell. Dodo and Kartika's closeness spreads happiness to the inmates and wardens in the Prison. They began to doubt whether a loving man, like Dodo, had the heart to kill Melati.
