electric car racing event Formula E has been successfully held for the first time in Indonesia.
On Saturday (4/6) yesterday, more than 20 racers competed in action at the Ancol Circuit to register their names as the first winners in Formula E Jakarta .
From that match, Mitch Evans came out victorious by defeating his rivals such as Jean-Eric Vergne and Edoardo Mortara.
However, before starting the Jakarta Formula E race, Mitch Evans had a chance to comment on the Ancol Circuit.
In a press conference held by Jaguar Land Rover Indonesia, Thursday (2/6), the New Zealand driver revealed his income regarding the condition of the Formula E circuit in the Ancol area, Jakarta.
He conveyed this after the Jaguar Racing team tested the Ancol circuit.
Mitch Evans considers that the Ancol Circuit has a fairly challenging track for Formula E drivers.
However, he said that the obstacles on the Ancol Circuit route could test the ability of the racers when driving.
"I am happy to come to Jakarta and I am excited to be able to immediately try out the circuit to win Formula E Jakarta," said Mitch Evans.

Mitch Evans' teammate, Sam Bird, said the same thing.
Also attending the same event, Sam Bird said that the Ancol Circuit has sharp turns.
He said that there were some interesting bends to test the agility of the racers.
"There are slow corners and corners that can be used as momentum to push the car faster," he said.
And Sam Bird also said that the Ancol Circuit is an interesting track.
Mitch Evans After Winning Formula E
With the victory in the Jakarta Formula E , Mitch Evans also shared his experience of competing fiercely at the Ancol Circuit .
The Jaguar TCS Racing racer admitted that he was under pressure by his opponent, Jean-Eric Vergne, in the final laps.
"I was comfortable in a few laps, but the last laps were very tense," said Mitch Evans.
