Oukitel WP19 Officially Comes with a 21,000 mAh Battery with Military Standards, Claimed to Can Be Used for a Whole Week

Smartphone batteries are the only important component that has not progressed, even though the development of other features is very rapid, such as cameras, connections, to multimedia.

Currently the largest battery for smartphones is stuck in the 5000mAh range, so that what is being developed is fast charging technology that is getting faster, in just 15 minutes it can be fully charged.

The Oukitel WP19 is different, the latest powerful smartphone from the Chinese brand that meets MIL-STD-810G military standards.

Oukitel WP19 is equipped with a very large battery, reaching 21,000mAh which is claimed to last up to one week on a single charge. 

Even in standby mode, this phone is claimed to last up to 3 months.

The large battery is only supported by 27Watt fast charging, so it takes about 4 hours to fully charge it.
But please be aware of the weight, because the battery is very large, the weight reaches 485 grams.

Oukitel WP19 Specifications

Oukitel WP19 officially launched on June 1, 2022. This phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen and 90Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (FHD+).

The performance of the Oukitel WP19 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC combined with 8GB/256GB RAM, and is based on Android 12 OS.

The Oukitel WP19 camera on the back consists of three cameras in the form of a 64 MP main camera (f/f/1.79); 20 MP camera (f/f/2.0), and 3 MP camera (f/f/2.4).

While the front camera uses a 16 MP camera sensor.

The Oukitel WP19 is a dual-SIM phone, and is only available in Black.
The body is very tough with IP68 certification for protection against dust and water.

Connectivity is available on the Oukitel WP19 for Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, NFC, USB OTG, and USB Type-C.

As for security, there is a fingerprint sensor available. 

Price and availability

The Oukitel WP19 is currently available in China but its global sales plans are still unknown.

For global buyers, including from Indonesia, this tough smartphone can be purchased via AliExpress for USD 742 (Rp 10.7 million).

Be careful if you look for it in the Indonesian marketplace, because there are already several types of Oukitel previously sold, such as the WP15 which costs Rp. 8 million or the WP17 which costs Rp. 6 million.
