Last week, Adobe began testing the web version of Photoshop for free for select markets.
Reporting from The Verge , Adobe already has a simplified web version of Photoshop with limited capabilities compared to the PC/Mac version of the Photoshop application.
The free release of Adobe Photoshop is aimed at making the application more accessible and reaching more users.
"We wanted to make Photoshop more accessible for more people to experience using the product," said Maria Yap, VP of Digital Imaging.
Features Adobe Photoshop Web Free
Adobe Photoshop Web has a simplified look and features, but the tools it offers are quite extensive.
Adobe plans to provide basic photo editing tools and features for free.
However, exclusive features will only be presented to paid customers.

Adobe plans to expand the availability of free Photoshop to more countries.
Unfortunately, Adobe did not provide a test timeline and plans to launch Photoshop web.
Adobe has also not announced features and tools that will be made exclusively for paying customers.
