Dogecoin Drops, This Woman Sues Elon Musk, Tesla and SpaceX Rp 1,274 Trillion

Cryptocurrency investors are losing billions of dollars and many crypto millionaires are looking for something else to hold on to, including the price of Dogecoin which has fallen despite being promoted by Elon Musk .

A woman from the United States, Keith Johnson also felt the negative impact of the Dogecoin price plummeting .

The fall of Dogecoin made this woman from the United States sue Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX for alleged blackmail and illegal manipulation to increase the price of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin.

According to Techcrunch , the class-action against Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX were filed in Manhattan federal court.

Plaintiffs feel they have been deceived and deceived by the actions of Elon Musk, Tesla, and SpaceX who promote and manipulate Dogecoin.

The plaintiffs reportedly used Elon Musk's tweets as evidence.

In addition, Elon Musk's claim to be the "dogefather" has also strengthened the plaintiff's assumption that Musk controls Dogecoin and is responsible for the losses suffered by investors.

Investors claim to buy Dogecoin at a price of USD 0.74 per piece, but these days its value has decreased to USD 0.05 per piece. 

The plaintiffs are demanding compensation of USD 86 billion or around Rp 1,274 trillion.

The plaintiffs say that the claim for damages has been matched by a decline in Dogecoin since May 2021.

In addition to the claim for damages, the plaintiffs are also calling for a ban on the promotion of Dogecoin by Elon Musk and his company. 


The plaintiffs revealed that Elon Musk had in fact understood that Dogecoin had no value since 2019.

However, Musk is still promoting the shiba inu cryptocurrency to his followers and Tesla and SpaceX consumers for personal gain.

"Defendants realized since 2019 that Dogecoin has no value but is still promoting it to profit from its trading," the lawsuit said.

"Musk used his status as the richest man in the world to operate and manipulate Dogecoin. He created a pyramid scheme for his profit, popularity and personal convenience," the lawsuit states.
