After Euro 4 Truck Release, Daimler Starts Electric Bus Project in Semester II/2022

Daimler will start the electric bus project from a vehicle feasibility test.

PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI) will work on electric buses after launching the Mercedes-Benz Axor Euro 4 truck. The agent holding the brand of the German automotive company plans to start in the second half of 2022.

"Hopefully in semester II/2022 we can start this project. We will convey the plan soon," said General Manager of DCVI Naeem Hassim when met in South Tangerang, Tuesday (7/6/2022).

Naeem explained that the project would start from a vehicle feasibility test. After that, bring the product to Indonesia until it is launched to the public. The message that the company wants to highlight is that Mercy wants to introduce the outline form first.
