Restart Laptop
The first step you can do is to restart the laptop or computer. I want to make sure that this problem is not coming from a faulty laptop startup process. So it's better before the next step please restart your laptop.
After restarting your computer, please check internet protocol version 4 on your laptop. If you are using WiFi access, then the IP used must be DHCP alias automatic. To ensure this, please follow the tutorial below.
Change Internet Protocol version 4 to Automatic
- Please click the WiFi in the lower right corner of your laptop.
- The next step is to click Network & Internet Settings .
- Then select Change Adapter Options .
- Then several adapters will appear. Select Wireless Network Connection or Wi-Fi .
- Right-click on the adapter and select Properties .
- After that select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties again.

- Try reconnecting your WiFi
- Please click the WiFi on your laptop.
- Then click on Network & Internet settings .
- Select Change Adapter options .
- Then several adapters will appear and select the Wireless Network Connection or WiFi adapter.
- Right-click on the adapter and select Disable .
- After that do nothing and wait up to three minutes.
- After waiting please right click on the same adapter and select Enable .
- Reconnect the laptop with your WiFi.
- On your desktop page, please look for the icon that says My Computer or This PC .
- Then right click on the icon and select Manage .
- Select Device Manager .
- Then select Network Adapter .
- After that, several adapters will appear that you are using, make sure you know the name of your WiFi adapter.
- WiFi adapters are usually written Realtek or Broadcom.
- Right-click on the adapter and select Uninstall . This process will not remove your WiFi adapter.
- Restart your computer and the WiFi adapter will appear like new again.
- Try to reconnect the laptop with available WiFi.
