- Special décor - Try decorating a room with a specific theme. If you are going to celebrate New Year's Eve with your extended family, you can decorate a special room for children. Material:
- 250 ml Green¬elds . Pasteurized Milk
- 2 tablespoons Ricotta Green¬elds . cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons agar powder
- Frozen Blueberries
- 7 whole wheat biscuits
- 100 grams melted butter
- Place the Greefields Pasteurized Milk and Ricotta Greenfields cheese in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
- Reduce heat and add sugar to the pan. Keep stirring to melt the sugar.
- Dissolve gelatin powder in warm water and pour into a saucepan. Stir the milk mixture until it thickens.
- Crush oat crackers in a bowl and add melted butter to it. Stir well.
- Place the oat crackers in the muffin tin and form a tart crust
- Fill with milk mixture until full
- Place frozen blueberries on top as a topping.
- Freeze the tart for 3 hours.
- Remove the tart from the muffin tin.
- Blueberry Milk Tart is ready to be enjoyed!
- Milk Mango Sandwich

Material:
- 180 ml Greenfields Pasteurized Milk
- 6 slices of skinless bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 mango
- 2-4 Blueberry
- 6 Raspberry
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fine sugar
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and pour the milk into the bowl. Stir to mix well.
- Soak the bread in the milk mixture for 3 minutes.
- Remove and place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the bread at 180oC for 15 minutes.
- Cut the bread into 4 parts.
- Cut the mango into small cubes and the blueberry into 2 parts. Dip in honey and place on bread.
- Place a slice of bread on it, repeat with the fruit up to 3 layers.
- Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and your milk mango sandwich is ready to be enjoyed!
- Strawberry Steamed Milk

300 ml Greenfields Pasteurized Milk
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 whole strawberries
4 tablespoons of biscuit crumbs
3 mint leaves for decoration
How to make:

How to make:
- Add the egg whites, milk and lemon juice to a bowl. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Strain the dough using a sieve to avoid lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant ceramic mug. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Make a hole in the plastic wrap using a toothpick, then steam over medium heat.
- After 15 minutes, remove the steamed milk from the steamer and remove the plastic wrap.
- Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs over the steamed milk.
- Garnish with strawberries, mint leaves and enjoy!
