The production team for the drama " Alchemy of Souls " has released leaked photos of the scene for episode 7 which will air on Saturday 9 July 2022 , tonight .
On the previous episode of “ Alchemy of Souls ,” Mu Deok ( Jung So Min ) was unexpectedly sucked into a magic mirror after being led into a trap by Jin Cho Yeon (Arin Oh My Girl).
In newly released stills from the upcoming drama episode, Jang Wook ( Lee Jae Wook ) finally reunites with Mu Deok after desperately searching for him while he was missing.
Perhaps because of the incident that left him shaken, Jang Wook became more open about his growing feelings for his teacher.
In an emotional moment by the sea, Jang Wook gives Mu Deok a very meaningful gift: a sign he made for her himself from the precious yin-yang jade, which symbolizes a couple who have lived happily together for 100 years.
In contrast to his typical mischievous demeanor, Jang Wook shows a sincere and vulnerable expression as he offers his special gift—and although Mu Deok tries to act nonchalant, the surprised look in his eyes shows that he realizes what this gift means.
On the other hand, Seo Youl ( Hwang Minhyun ) tells Mu Deok ( Jung So Min ) about his affection for his first love Naksu without realizing that she has his soul in his body.
With curiosity growing about whether Seo Youl will recognize Mu Deok or not, the newly released stills show the subtle tension between the two characters.
Seo Youl looks at Mu Deok with affection and sadness, and Mu Deok looks at him as if he is aware of her presence. Despite the fact that Jang Wook was with them, their eyes fell on each other.
What will Seo Youl do when she finds out that Mu Deok is actually Naksu ?
