One of the most anticipated collaborations this month, PUBG MOBILE x EVANGELION has officially arrived in the game from 19 May - 19 June 2022.
Through a collaboration titled "Struggle for Victory", PUBG MOBILE players can experience a new game in limited mode, while reminiscing using costumes from the popular Japanese anime and manga, Neon Genesis Evangelion.
6th Angel Vs EVA-01 Battle in Erangel and Livik
The exclusive PUBG MOBILE x EVANGELION game mode, Core Circle, is now available on the Ranked modes of the Erangel and Livik maps. In addition to watching the exciting battle between 6th Angel Vs EVA-01, players can also experience a more challenging playing experience with the presence of new features, including:
- Special Blue Zone: The gameplay is even more intense thanks to the initial Playzone size being reduced to 3.5 x 3.5 km.
- Angel Invasion: Monitor EVA-01's location and 6th Angel's attack path on the game map to witness their exciting battles.
- Defense Fortress: Find defensive fortresses and collect valuable loot on the first and second floors.
- Supply Chests: Valuable supply chests are now scattered all over the game map.
- Rating Protection: Until June 7th, your first play in Core Circle mode will be equipped with rating protection to avoid point deductions.
Core Circle mode is available from 19 May - 19 June 2022.
Nostalgic with EVANGELION Costumes and Music
The special event “EVANGELION Exploration” is also now available on PUBG MOBILE. There are 40 areas for players to explore with exclusive prizes inspired directly from Hideaki Anno's Neon Genesis Evangelion anime and manga.
The prizes include: skins for Parachutes, Grenades, Bags, Helmets, Weapons (AUG, AWM, P90, Pan, Machete), Vehicles (motorcycles and UAZ), Buddy (Pen Pen), Extreme Armor Model (EVA) outfit sets -00, EVA-01, EVA-02, EVA-08), and EVANGELION Plugsuit (Asuka, Kaworu, Mari, Rei, Shinji).
Players who want to get all the rewards need to collect exploration points by playing Classic mode. Also get additional points when players play in Core Circle mode. Players who want to open areas instantly can use UC to get exploration points.
All prizes available in event can be obtained for free with a certain duration. However, players can upgrade to the Supreme version in order to permanently unlock all prizes using 3000 UC.
Until June 19, 2022, players will also be able to enjoy the lobby theme as well as an EVANGELION-themed lobby music accompaniment. Get both for free on the "Angel Invasion" event menu, and don't forget to take your squad to take pictures in the lobby wearing EVANGELION-themed costumes!
Complete Missions and Get Free Skins!
In addition to the EVANGELION Exploration event, free gifts are also available from another special mission, EVA-01, Fire!. Complete the available daily missions from May 19 - June 19, 2022 to get Guided Missiles and Power Converters, then use these two items to increase your level progress.
