Tugu Insurance (TUGU) Distributes Dividends of IDR 126.6 Billion, Check the Schedule!

Tugu Insurance (TUGU) will distribute dividends worth Rp126.59 billion.

PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk. or Tugu Insurance (TUGU) will distribute dividends of Rp. 126.59 billion or Rp. 71.2 per share. This value is equivalent to 40 percent of the current year's profit for the 2021 financial year.

The cash dividend distribution was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Tuesday (17/5/2022).

Based on the company's announcement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, quoted on Saturday (21/5/2022), cash dividends will be distributed to company shareholders whose names are recorded in the Shareholders Register or recording date on 30 May 2022 (recording date) and/or company shareholders. in the securities sub-account at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) at the close of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on May 30, 2022. 

For company shareholders whose shares are included in KSEI's collective custody, cash dividend payments will be made through KSEI and will be distributed on 16 June 2022 into customer fund accounts (RDN) at securities companies and/or custodian banks where shareholders open securities sub-accounts.

Meanwhile, for the shareholders of the company whose shares are not included in the collective custody of KSEI, the cash dividend payment will be transferred to the account of the shareholders of the company.

1. End of Stock Trading Period With Dividend Rights (Cum Dividend)

- Regular Market and Negotiation: 25 May 2022

3. List of Shareholders Eligible for Dividends (Recording Date): 30 May 2022

4. Cash Dividend Payment Date: June 16, 2022
