Judging from the video, Kiyoshi-chan took advantage of a glitch in the Elden Ring version 1.03.3. The glitch starts with fiddling with the map features and installing equipment on the character. After that he opened the first door in the game and suddenly his character was thrown out-of-bounds or out of the texture area in the game.
After being thrown into the void world, Kiyoshi-chan's character floats aimlessly, causing Godrick's boss character to suddenly die for no reason. After floating for a long time, his character was counted dead by the game because it was considered a fall from a height.
