SEGA announced that Sonic Origins is also present in the Digital Deluxe edition which offers an additional content. Later, gamers who pre-order will get a bonus in the form of DLC named "Start Dash DLC pack". Gamers can pre-order on all platforms except the Nintendo Switch version, which is the only console where gamers cannot pre-order Sonic Origins.
Apart from this, Sonic Origins offers several interesting features that will be present later. Like "Classic Mode" where this mode provides features according to what was offered in the original game, both for the life system and the display format. In addition, there is an "Anniversary Mode" with many additional new features such as one of which is that gamers can play as Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles as well as a life system that uses coins.
