UPDATE Russo-Ukrainian War: Putin Begins to Prepare Nuclear Weapons, Follows NATO Official's Statement


President Vladimir Putin ordered nuclear  Russia on high alert, on Sunday (27/2/2022).

This also adds to the tension in the midst of the hot war of his invasion of Ukraine .

Previously, Putin had spoken to high-ranking officials, calling it the effect of aggressive statements from high-ranking NATO .
