Synopsis for 'Twenty-Five, Twenty-One'

The drama 'Twenty-Five, Twenty-One' tells the love story between Na Hee-Do (Kim Tae-Ri) and Baek Yi-Jin (Nam Joo-Hyuk).

Na Hee-Do is a member of his high school fencing team. Due to the South Korean financial crisis, the high school fencing team was disbanded.

Through all the hardships, Na Hee-Do becomes a member of the national team of sword fencing. Not only that, the South Korean financial crisis also affected Baek Yi-Jin's father's business.

Of course this makes Bak Yi-Jin's life change drastically. He must get used to living in poverty, because previously Yi-Jin lived as a rich man.

While studying, he worked part time as a newspaper delivery man. Until finally Yi-Jin becomes a sports reporter for a broadcasting network.

In 1998, in an international that seems to be gearing up for disaster, two parents 22 and 18 meet for the first time.

However, they hurt each other at the ages of 23 and 19.

At ages 24 and 20, they learn how to accept each other's truth, and at ages 25 and 21, they begin to fall in love.

Baek Yi-Jin, UBS sports reporter. After she became a reporter at the age of 23, Yi-Jin worked as a make-up seller and bodyguard.

He also got a job as a sports reporter for the Asian Games. That's where Yi-Jin and Na Hee Do's meeting begins.

Because Na Hee Do was selected for the national team after competing in the college fencing group.
